At VESINA EDUCATION, we strive to ensure that our users have a satisfying experience with our digital products. However, if you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Course Completion: Less than 30% of the course must have been completed or consumed. We track progress through our platform to determine the percentage completed.
  2. Time Frame: The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Refundable Products: Refunds are only applicable to online courses. Digital downloadable products, such as eBooks, worksheets, and template files, are non-refundable once availed.

Pricing and Currency

  • All prices on our platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Refunds will also be processed in INR, and any currency conversion fees or variations in exchange rates are not covered by VESINA EDUCATION and Razorpay/ PayPal (Payment Gateway).

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support.edu@vesina.in with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it to ensure it meets our refund criteria. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and could affect the timing of the refund appearing in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If more than 30% of the course has been completed.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Digital downloadable products, such as eBooks, worksheets, and template files, are non-refundable once availed.
  • Any issues related to user error, such as not meeting system requirements or not understanding the course content, unless explicitly covered by our policy.
