These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://edu.vesina.in (the “Site”) and the services provided by VESINA EDUCATION (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Use of the Site

Eligibility

To use our Site, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Courses and Digital Products

Enrollment and Access

Instructors can publish courses, and students can enroll in them for a fee. Upon enrollment, you will have access to the course materials as specified on the Site.

Payment

All payments are processed through Razorpay/ PayPal payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of Razorpay/ PayPal.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  1. Less than 30% of the course has been completed.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days, including bank processing times.

3. User Responsibilities

While participating in forums, Q&A sessions, and discussions, users must maintain decorum and refrain from using offensive language. Any violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You also agree not to interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including courses and materials, is the intellectual property of the course creators and VESINA EDUCATION. Unauthorized copying, recording, or redistribution of content is illegal and subject to legal action.

5. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. However, if disputes lead to arbitration or mediation, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate user or instructor accounts under the following circumstances:

  1. Violation of community guidelines
  2. Misuse or illegal reproduction of courses/materials
  3. Payment fraud
  4. Unauthorized selling or redirecting to other sites
  5. Promoting unrelated content or affiliate links in groups, forums, discussions, or Q&A sessions

Under no circumstances will refunds be provided if the user account is terminated for any of the reasons outlined here.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VESINA EDUCATION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VESINA EDUCATION, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
